OUR STORY
After years of working in the coffee trade, in 2012, Giuseppe Monti (1972), decided to found Star Coffee S.r.l., a modern, no-frills roasting business, managed by its founder, a man who, like other self-made men, believed firmly in his dream, bringing it to fruition day after day, with targeted investments, a good deal of sacrifice, attention to product quality and customer satisfaction, and a deep love for the job itself.
Monti entered the crowded but at the same time, limitless, coffee trade as a seller in 2000, soon realising how much there was still to achieve on this market and the potential it offers, integrating technological innovation into tradition and in particular, bringing in new products. His in-depth knowledge of the industry, based on his selling experience as well as on his understanding
of the values and defects of the products on sale, led him to focus immediately on the packaging of pods and capsules, as well as on classic blends in bean and ground formats.
He is passionate about following every stage of his business: starting with roasting, then on to the production of single-serve capsules and pods, through the delicate stage of creating blends that, over the years have guaranteed him great success: appreciation on the market and therefore, recognition that the coffee he brings to his users is both refined and encapsulates the experience of the generations who have been working here.
